Intellectual Property Claim Procedure

1. Before You File a Claim

Confirm that you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the rights holder. Also consider whether the disputed use may be licensed, permitted by law or otherwise authorised.

A complete notice helps us identify the material and review the claim efficiently. Vague requests that do not identify specific URLs or protected works may require additional information.

2. Information Required

Please include all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and, when applicable, the organisation you represent.
2. Your mailing address, telephone number and email address.
3. A clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark or other right you claim is infringed.
4. Registration numbers or supporting ownership documents, when available.
5. The exact NumeralPaint.com URL for each item you want reviewed.
6. An explanation of how the identified material allegedly infringes your rights.
7. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
8. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act.
9. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What Happens After We Receive a Complete Notice

We may review the identified content, request supporting information, contact the affected seller or content provider and temporarily restrict access while the matter is investigated.

When a claim appears valid, we may remove or disable access to the disputed material. We may also preserve relevant records as required for legal, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice when they believe the removal resulted from mistake, misidentification, licence or another lawful basis.

A counter-notice should include:

1. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
2. A statement explaining why the removal was mistaken or why the use is authorised.
3. Full contact information.
4. Any legally required jurisdiction and service-of-process statements.
5. A physical or electronic signature.

We may forward the counter-notice to the original claimant and restore content when permitted by applicable law and no timely legal action prevents restoration.

5. Repeat or Abusive Infringement

We may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers. We may also reject abusive, fraudulent, incomplete or bad-faith notices.

6. Submit an Intellectual Property Claim
